Carole's Chicken

Directions
In large skillet, brown chicken in oil; remove. In same skillet combine soup, milk, rosemary leaves and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
My mom serves it over rice. I put the rice on the side with the sauce over it.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 T. vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (or 1 family size)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 t. dried rosemary leaves
- 1 t. black pepper
